Our development schemes cover both technical and soft skills trainings, using both internal and external resources. Some schemes are available to everyone as an optional learning opportunity. Some schemes are assigned/recommended to certain groups/individuals by managers as part of performance review/development plan. Other schemes are available through application and review process.

Firm-wide schemes

• Furnished by the firm in order to maintain or exceed the standards of Ascendant quality services.

Group Schemes

• Each practice group/team has schemes for skill improvement and technological updates specific to their practice area.

Individual Schemes

• We offer support to getting qualifications, continued learning, and developing new skills.
