Mr. A (20s・Male): New York, USA; Business Solutions; Major Responsibilities: Working on business development for our BPO division and providing consulting services to multinational clients who are doing business in Japan. Managing clients and an internal Ascendant team and striving to forge strong communication and relationships to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Ms. B (30s・Female): Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan; Business Process Outsourcing; Major Responsibilities: Managing all of client’s administrative functions related to banking, as well as working with the BPO accounting and payroll teams.

Ms. C (20s・Female): Saitama Prefecture, Japan; Business Solutions; Major Responsibilities: Working on consulting projects and supporting multinational corporations in regards to fraud examination, detection prevention and related law suits. Providing legal support work to clients, which includes the creation, organization, translation and analysis of essential financial documents.

Ms. D (20s・Female): Pune, India; Business Process Outsourcing; Major Responsibilities: Handling client’s internal accounting functions, including financial statement creation in accordance with GAAP, US-GAAP and IFRS, as well as supporting GAAP conversions across a full range of national and international standards.

Ms. E, CTA (40s・Female): Shimane Prefecture, Japan; Business Process Outsourcing; Major Responsibilities: Managing a team that is responsible for handling clients’ accounting functions (specifically financial statement creation in accordance with GAAP, US-GAAP and IFRS as well as supporting GAAP conversions across a full range of national and international standards.) Working with the Business Solutions division and supporting due diligence services.
